Edit:
Hittade detta på youtube:
I can give you an insight because I just HAD to buy this out of pure curiosity, I am not a hairloss “patient”, I am a nutritionista and I was very curious as to what this amazing discovery was. Well, turns out the first 60 pages is just a repeat of what he says in the video. The next 20 (61 thru 80) is a breakdown of your most common ingredients – spinach, pak choi, chicken, fish, carrots , blueberries etc etc – new news here – and there are no supplements listed at all, just says sort of “if you’re allergic to any of these foods, supplement should be your answer” . Last 8 pages is a daily diet which consists of very basic, simple foods, like “eat 1 banana, 1 cup of spinach and 2 pieces if salmon.” Just like I thought, this is a load of crap and anyone who eats reasonably healthy should have a full head of hair. Now, that’s not reality, is it?
