Halloj! Vad tror ni om Replicel? Såg att de hade lagt ut en bild på sin dermal injector på deras facebooksida och jag tror det är ett rätt stort steg i rätt riktning. Jag hoppas att de släpper en stor nyhet på WCHR2017 i japan i november och att alla vi som lider av håravfall kan få en tidig julklapp.

DSC Cell Therapy – Treatment for Androgenetic Alopecia
RCH-01 Development Status
RCH-01 is an autologous cell therapy utilizing dermal sheath cup (DSC) cells isolated from the hair follicle to treat androgenetic alopecia. RepliCel’s proposed Phase 2 trial will enroll 160 male subjects in good health with mild to moderate androgenetic alopecia. Dermal sheath cup cells will be isolated from a small punch biopsy taken from the back of the subject’s scalp. These cells will be replicated and then reintroduced into balding areas on the subjects scalp. After injections are performed subjects will return to the clinic for assessment of total, terminal and vellus hair density and cumulative hair thickness, as well safety. Participants will remain in the trial for approximately 39 months.
RCH-01 is now under clinical investigation at Tokyo Medical University Hospital and Toho University Ohasi Medical Center, by Drs. Tsuboi and Niiyama.
Helt klart the shit! Men…hur bra/säkert är det att injicera reproducerande celler på konstgjord väg i kroppen?
Märkligt att det inte är mer ståhej över detta då det måste ju utan tvekan vara den absoluta vägen till fullt hår igen utan kirurgi eller annat krävande. Måste ju vara fler än Replicel som jobbar inom detta då celltherapy och dyl lär komma att bli framtidens åtgärd inom olika ändamål.Bumpar tråden här…Är det någon som vet vad som händer med Replicel? Har sheseido slutat pumpa ut pengar? Det senaste var väl att dem hade förhoppningen att gå vidare till klinisk prövning steg II(b) 2012?
