Jag skrev till Joe( snubben som hade löjligt bra resultat med propecia på youtubehttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Y2KkO9ILOw) om min situation med reviviogen conditioner och rogaine och dettta är hans svar:

“There is a lot of mis-information about hair loss products on the Internet. First of all, Rogaine is not a great product and “may” help a tiny bit at growing hair. It’s better than nothing. More than anything, Rogaine tries to keep hair in the antagen (growth) phase. I think that Rogaine when used alone is almost useless. Rogaine increases the effectiveness of Propecia and that’s why I use it. Otherwise, I wouldn’t use Rogaine at all. It’s just not very effective by itself.

The Revivogen does just fine at thickening hair when used with Rogaine. I’ve never had any problems and it works great. The silicone in the Revivogen is not enough to make it a “cosmetically significant” factor against the Rogaine.

I typically get shampoo products for free since I’m on the show. About 2 months ago, I got a bottle of J/A/S/O/N Hair Thickening Shampoo and it’s the BEST I have ever tried!

Now, I mainly use J/A/S/O/N and Toppik Hair conditioner. About every 3rd day I use Revivogen conditioner. Keep in mind, no shampoo regrows hair.”

Som sagt detta bevisar egentligen ingenting. Joe hade ovanligt bra resultat och fick i princip allt hår tillbaka så balsamets betydelse var nog minimalt i hans fall. Dock säger han att “The silicone in the Revivogen is not enough to make it a “cosmetically significant” factor against the Rogaine.” Han har dock inga studier som styrker detta så man får bilda sin egen uppfattning i detta fallet. Men jag kommer nog våga använda reviviogen conditioner några gånger i veckan iallafall tills flaskorna tar slut.
