Sitter och funderar på vad DHT har för funktion för män i vuxen ålder förutom att sabba håret?
Har bla hittat att DHT är viktigt vid utvecklandet av manliga foster och deras könsorgan. Det som dock verkar vara svårt att få svar på är hur avsaknaden av DHT hos män i vuxen ålder påverkas. Antar att vi är försökskaninerna i detta avseende? Är lite orolig i och med att jag börjat med dutasterid där det på informationsbladet står att minskad fertilitet kan förekomma…

Det jag undrar är väl att om man väl har utvecklade testiklar är väl fertiliteten ganska säker? För det står i första citatet att man kan producera “viable” sperma utan 5-ARD…
