Thanks for all your good reviews regarding the Lazerfish. I really appreciate all Lazerfish Customers and I kindly thank all of you. It is my pleasure to help you.

Now: As all customers who have bought a Lazerfish know, I am based in Japan. If your Lazerfish needs to be repaired, then it MUST be sent back to me. Everyone who has bought a Lazerfish should know this BEFORE they buy one.

As of right now, I am the only person AUTHORIZED to do any repairs.

Customers should NEVER do any repairs at all. If they decide to do repairs, any damage or injury caused by those repairs is NOT my responsibility. Please remember this point. Any warranty you may have had will become null and void.

For those customers who need repairs, and who really don’t want to miss any treatments, I can send you a Loaner Lazerfish. Use this Loaner until I repair and send yours back.

In the near future I will be working with The Laser Studio and if things go well, they will become Authorized to manufacture, sell, and repair Lazerfishes in Scandanavia.

But until that time comes, please, please, DO NOT do any repairs on your own and please send the Unit back to me for repairs.
