You can’t apply anything else before the KB5 solution. It’ll interfere with the chemical reaction, and the absorption – and you can certainly not apply anything after, because of the protective film. You need to wash your hair every morning while using the KB5 solution once a day, before bed. If you’re applying something else in the morning, or during the day – you have to wash your hair again in the evening, and dry the scalp before you apply the KB5 solution again. Good news is that you may add small amounts of other drugs to the KB5 solution as well – like a prostaglandin analogue.

Man ska alltså applicera det på kvällen och tvätta håret på morgonen. Om man använder någon annan kemikal(minoxidil eller liknande) på morgonen så ska man tvätta håret igen innan man går och lägger sig.
